BillingBilly is a subscription-based SaaS and service platform.
Our refund rules are defined below to ensure clarity and fairness.

Subscription Cancellation
  • Users may cancel their subscription at any time by contacting support.

  • Cancellation stops future billing, but already-paid amounts are not refundable unless stated otherwise.

Refund Conditions

Refunds may be issued only under the following cases:

Refund approvals are subject to validation and processing time of 7–14 business days.

Mode of Refund

Refunds will be processed to the original source (UPI/Card/Netbanking etc.) used for payment.
BillingBilly is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.
