BillingBilly is a subscription-based SaaS and service platform.
Our refund rules are defined below to ensure clarity and fairness.
Subscription Cancellation
Users may cancel their subscription at any time by contacting support.
Cancellation stops future billing, but already-paid amounts are not refundable unless stated otherwise.
Refund Conditions
Refunds may be issued only under the following cases:

Refund approvals are subject to validation and processing time of 7–14 business days.
Mode of Refund
Refunds will be processed to the original source (UPI/Card/Netbanking etc.) used for payment.
BillingBilly is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.
