Welcome to BillingBilly (“Platform”, “Application”, “Service”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”), a business management and billing solution developed by IQUAD Innovations.
By using BillingBilly, you (“User”, “Client”, “Merchant”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the service.

1. Service Description

BillingBilly provides billing, invoicing,  accounts management and related business tools via web and mobile applications.

2. User Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide accurate business information.

  • You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • You must comply with applicable laws while using our system.

3. Payments

    • Payments for subscription or invoices generated within BillingBilly are processed through third-party payment gateways (e.g. Razorpay/PayU/UPI).

    • By completing a payment, you authorize us to process transactions via the selected gateway.

    • Taxes, if applicable, will be additional.

4. Data & Privacy
  • All business and customer data stored within BillingBilly remains your property.
  • We do not sell or misuse your data.
  • Servers are securely hosted and protected. However, we are not liable for data loss caused by external attacks or third-party failures (server, hosting, payment gateway, etc.

5. Usage Limitations

  • You may not reverse engineer, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse the platform.

  • We may suspend/terminate access if misuse or fraudulent activity is detected.

6. Service Availability

We aim to provide 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service due to maintenance, upgrades, third-party outages, or network failures.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and branding belong to BillingBilly (IQUAD Innovations).
You are granted a license to use the platform — ownership is not transferred.

8. Refunds & Cancellation

Refunds are handled as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy which you can find in the ‘Refund & Cancellation Policy’ page.

9. Updates to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued usage implies acceptance of updated terms.
